The Oron Development Union (ODU)
UK & Ireland is delighted to invite members of the Oro community, friends,
well-wishers, and supporters to a landmark event that promises to be both
memorable and impactful the 1st Oro Day Celebration & Fund Launch.
This historic gathering marks a
significant milestone in the journey of the Oro people in the United Kingdom
and Ireland. It is an opportunity to celebrate our rich cultural heritage,
strengthen community bonds, and collectively chart a brighter future for
generations to come.
Celebrating Our Heritage, Building Our Future
Theme: "ORO OF OUR DREAM: Empowering Our Youths for
Self-Reliance"
The event will focus on inspiring
and equipping our young people with the resources, opportunities, and support
needed to become self-reliant leaders, innovators, and contributors to society.
As a community, we recognise that
investing in our youth is investing in the future of Oro Nation. The fund
launch will support initiatives aimed at youth empowerment, skills development,
education, mentorship, and entrepreneurship.
